The survey aims to understand current and future housing needs within the parish, including demand for affordable and market housing. Any affordable housing identified would be prioritised for people with a local connection to Oakley. The findings will help inform the current and future Oakley Neighbourhood Development Plans.
The survey can be completed by all households, regardless of personal housing need, to ensure a full picture of local views. Responses are confidential, and the published report will not contain any personal or household information.
Residents can complete the survey online or by returning the paper questionnaire using the freepost envelope provided. The survey deadline isMonday 9th February 2026. Results are expected to be published in late February or early March 2026.
