VE Day 80 Beacon Event

A joint Clapham/Oakley beacon lighting event as part of the national VE Day 80 celebration will be taking place on Thursday, 8^th May on Clapham Playing Field behind the Village Hall.  The celebrations will start at 7:30 with refreshments and music in the Village Hall if its available, otherwise on the Field.  The beacon will be lit in line with the national beacon lighting at 9:30pm. All are welcome.
