Emergency Temporary Closure of A6

This emergency temporary road closure is anticipated to be in operation from 27th September 2024 until the flooding has subsided.  This temporary road closure is required for local flooding and is required for the safety of the public and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. 

The signed alternative route for vehicles affected by the order is available via

C26 Bletsoe From A6 Rushden Road Sharnbrook To Uc33 Mill Road Thurleigh, Milton Road, Mill Road, Thurleigh Road, Sunderland Hill, Bedford Road, Cleat Hill,  Kimbolton Road, Brickhill Drive, Manton Lane, Clapham Road 

The reverse route applies.
