The Oakley Neighbourhood Plan (Plan made 23 March 2020) was reviewed between June and November 2022 to establish whether it was still sound and fit for purpose. The conclusion from the review was that it was still a valid document and conformed to all current National and Local Government policy documents on which it was based.
The formal review of the plan was signed off by Oakley Parish Council on 6thDecember 2022.

It is expected that the next review of the neighbourhood plan will be undertaken following the publication of the Bedford Borough Local Plan 2040.
