Following the recent removal of glass recycling sites in Bromham and Oakley, Bedford Borough Council has identified a small layby/parking area on Park Road, at the entrance to Stevington Country Walk which could be used to host a glass recycling bank. They are therefore going to trial a bank at this location initially for 3 months. However, if there is any significant increase in fly tipping or vandalism at the site, they will have to arrange for it to be removed.
